I get Full Brazilians when I go so I can’t speak to anything else. It’s key to make an appointment at all locations and it’s super easy to do online. I’ve gone to several Uni K Wax locations in NYC and I always have a wonderful experience. She went inside, leaving the front desk completely empty, and leave us there to wait until 10: 37! She didn’t show up for one hour to see if someone came inside!!! So we just left!!! I am so sorry to give one star to this place but please bring back the girls who knows their job!!! Because you are not cheap and in this way you will lose all of us! First of all she doesn’t speak English, just Chinese, so she couldn’t understand one word that we told her! So we just decided to wait. We came there around 9: 30,nobody was in the salon and we asked is it possible that somebody take us immediately.

I tried Catalina and Arantxa and I can’t tell you which one is better! Girls knows their job and they are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable! Also, cute girl with curly brown hair that working as a receptionist is amazing! She is on top of everything and always smiling! So I tried to book an appointment with Arantxa for the past one month but she was on vacation, so I took some other lady last time, and she was terrible! I had such a bad irritation and I never had that from waxing! I just thought it was that one time, and this morning I came again, also Arantxa was not available so I booked with Gemma! I booked for me at 10am, and then for my friend under my name at 10: 15.
